Workstation 55

Building Fit-outs and Maintenance

We’ve had the pleasure of serving Workstation Properties Ltd for eight years now. We’ve been a part of the process from start to finish with the Workstation 55 project. From the complete development of existing buildings and the new warehouse offices, we delivered exceptional results as well continuing to maintain and do new fit-outs years to the complex after the project completed.

What did we do?

Starting with a walk through the existing complex with the prospective buyer, we worked hard advising on the building alterations the buyer wanted to make and picked an architect to develop plans. Then we started work on the new 2 story building. From this point on, we progressed into remodelling and part demolition of existing buildings, then into roading, car parks and finally, a 17 office warehouse complex to the rear of the land space. This process took approximately a build time of 3 years.

What can you expect from us?

With this project, we worked closely with the owner, picking the architect, developing the plans, working with the tenants and completing the build. That’s how we like to operate. As a smaller family orientated company, we are able to take on large projects, which we manage either labour only or full contracts - so we know deeply who we’re working with and you can be sure the project is handled with great care.
